Commis Chef  /  Trainee Chef

As a commis chef you are on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a great chef. We require you to do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of our senior chefs.  This is your big chance to learn all there is to know about your trade within an exceptionally busy restaurant.  Like most chefs, you will be required to work split shifts..  This position would ideally suit someone who has already worked within a restaurant environment but has the love and commitment, and the drive to be pushed in order to progress much further.  

Must be motivated and able to work with a team. Must be able to work well under pressure. Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Permanent position
